We seem to be moving very quickly towards 1 year, it's crazy! Well, this month has been a big one for Brooklyn. She has had three more teeth come in and one is on the way up for a total of 8 teeth! She is doing great with her army crawl and is getting up on all fours but no movement that way yet. She has totally given up baby food (not sure if we ever started it) and is doing great with her solids. We are strictly using formula now too so that has greatly increased the grocery bill - looking forward to cow's milk in the near future. She has perfected da-da (daddy?) and says it to everything and everyone :). It's very sweet to hear. She has become VERY verbal and pretty much has something to say about everything (like her mommy - working on that). She has also started some non-verbal communication by signing "all done" and waving bye-bye. There's is nothing more exciting to Brooklyn than waking up and seeing her brothers. The shriek-squeal begins along with the full body convulsions - it's so funny! Her hair is reaching the unruly stage so now I am having to wet it and actually brush it to somehow finagle it into a clip. She's pretty good about leaving them in.......change to that comment. She just discovered her clip literally as I was editing this post and felt it in her hair and ripped it out! Ugh! Okey dokey, something to start working on :). Anyway, we are just thoroughly enjoying this precious girl and can't believe how fast time is flying towards her first birthday!
